The terms and conditions below apply to all orders. Please read these carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you accept the present General Terms and Conditions.

PRICES & DELIVERY

All prices are given in Swiss Francs. Find the delivery prices at the checkout.
Very important: for deliveries to all countries outside of Switzerland, customers will be subject to import duties and local VAT taxes. These costs are of the responsibility of the recipient.

If the buyer refuses to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.

RETURNS

You can return your purchase within 10 Days of receipt of goods. Please write us an e-mail and return your purchase at your own expense and risk.
All articles will be controlled and refund is only possible if there isn’t any trace of use and the product is in perfect condition.
Make sure the goods won’t be damaged due to transportation.

Refund as a result of return occur exclusively to the bank account or PayPal account, through which the payment was settled.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES & WARRANTY

We do not assume any guarantee to the extent legally permissible, with the exception of the following regulation:

If the merchandise arrives damaged, we will replace it. Let us know latest within 24 hours from receipt of the goods via e-mail attaching a photo of the damage. Merchandise will be exchanged at no cost to the customer.

PRIVACY

We commit to never sharing any of your contact information with any third party or other organizations.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION

This contract is subject to Swiss law. Sole place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland
